Weekend Events:
If your event is on the weekend, we usually setup between Wednesday and Friday.
We will call you 1 to 3 days before your event with a window of time that we will
arrive to setup your party equipment. You or your representative should be at your site when we arrive.
Site Preparation:
Please clear the site of any obstacles before we arrive. Additional labor charges might apply if site preparation needs to be completed by Party To Go personel.
We will notify Julie concerning any underground obstacles. We would like to have a minimum of 3 business days in advance for underground cable marking turnaround. If your event is a last minute setup, our accidental damage waiver will be included with the rental agreement in the event Julie personel cannot mark your site.
Non standard setups:
Non standard setups such as tents setup over decks, patios,
driveways, rocky or loose soil areas, etc, may require additional charges.
Please Notify Us Before Setup:
When notified before setup, we can determine if any additional installation cost needs to be added.
If either of the above conditions are present at your site and we have
not been previously notified, we will notify you or your representative of any
additional labor charges that might be required.
If you deem the additional labor charges unsatisfactory we will return your deposit minus any expenses we
incurred attempting to deliver the equipment.
Local Permits
Homeowner is responsible for contacting local authorities if permits are required.
